Last Call For Disco
Da haben wir’s. Die erste ernstzunehmende Berliner Rockband, die knietief in den 80ern schwelgt. Last Call For Disco lassen vielleicht ein wenig Originalität vermissen, aber das kann man lässig verzeihen, wenn man mal so schaut was in dieser Richtung so alles aus England rüberschwappt. Auf The Bedroom-Demos finden sich jedenfalls drei potentielle Hits, wobei (These are the) Highlights besonders hervorsticht. Am Besten: Die Band ist heute Abend Support für die Dirty Pretty Things im Berliner Postbahnhof. Meine Hochachtung.

I think they have a prosperous future, for originality they will just need some time. Very likeable singer and the combination drums-bass is tight!
Great link stylewalker. That must have been a good gig - a bit smaller than the one with the DPT. I think last call for disco are very original with great tunes and they will go far. The tunes they played was very varied and with a real dancing feeling! Wicked!
